Mark has always been fantastic when playing for us here at Blatchington Manor… The residents adore him as he has a unique way of catering to each individual, whether that be one to one or in a group setting. He has managed to make our residents laugh and cry in the one sitting.

He has always gone above and beyond for us, one especially poignant moment was when he performed for a resident in her final days, a gesture from Mark that was appreciated by all who witnessed it.

He is always on time and great value for money!  We can’t wait for Mark to play for us again.

Mark was a pleasure to work with very polite and proactive with responses. The residence thoroughly loved his performance and enjoyed his interactive nature, he even learnt where the residents are from and played songs from their region. I would definitely book him again. 

Mark was very engaging with the residents, playing songs, they recognised and played a few requests. Mark has said if we contact him before he comes next time we can email over requests and he will gladly play them.

The residents are still talking about having a lovely time and how lovely Mark was.

It’s always worrying using somebody new, but Mark didn’t disappoint.
